Dr. Saleem Khawaja is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician who practices as a hospitalist in Austin, Texas, caring for medically complex patients and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support safe transitions from hospital to home, rehabilitation, and post-acute care.
Through Dignity Extensivists, Dr. Khawaja aims to bridge gaps between hospital, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and home-based care by bringing experienced physicians and advanced practice providers closer to patients when they need ongoing medical support.
